that a quarterly interest distribution of $0.475 per security will
be paid on the company's 7.60% Preferred Securities, Series B, on
April 2, 2001, to holders of record at the close of business on
March 15, 2001.
Enbridge also announced that a quarterly interest distribution of
$0.50 per security will be paid on the company's 8.00% Preferred
Securities, Series C, on April 2, 2001, to holders of record at
the close of business on March 15, 2001.
