that a quarterly interest distribution of $0.475 per security will
be paid on the company's 7.60% Preferred Securities on June 30,
2000, to holders of record at the close of business on June 15,
2000.
Enbridge also announced that a quarterly interest distribution of
$0.50 per security will be paid on the company's 8.00% Preferred
Securities on June 30, 2000, to holders of record at the close of
business on June 15, 2000.
